Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using Veri App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Veri App, including its mobile applications, websites, verification tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
References to "Veri App", "we", "us", or "our" mean the entity operating the Services. References to "you" or "user" mean any person or organization accessing or using the Services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any additional conditions expressly applicable to specific features.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.
2. Our Services
Veri App is a digital verification platform designed to help users check the authenticity of supported products, certificates, and documents.
Depending on available features, the Services may allow users to:
- Scan supported verification codes or identifiers.
- Request available authentication information.
- Review verification results and associated records.
- Report suspected counterfeit products or questionable verification information.
- Create and manage user accounts.
Veri App may also work with manufacturers, educational institutions, certificate issuers, and regulatory bodies that provide verification data.
The availability of particular features may vary according to device compatibility, account type, geographic location, and the information available from participating organizations.
3. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
Where a user is legally required to obtain parental or guardian consent, such consent must be obtained before using the Services.
You must not access or use the Services where doing so would violate applicable law.
4. User Accounts and Security
Certain Veri App features may require account registration or authentication.
When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current registration information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Avoid sharing your account with unauthorized persons.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Use available account security features appropriately.
You are responsible for activities carried out through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, or comply with legal obligations.
5. Verification Results
Veri App provides verification information based on records, identifiers, and data available through its systems and participating data providers.
5.1 Source of Information
Verification records may originate from manufacturers, institutions, regulatory bodies, or other authorized organizations.
Although we aim to present verification information accurately, the reliability and completeness of results may depend on the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the underlying records.
5.2 Meaning of Results
A successful verification result generally indicates that the submitted identifier matches information available through the relevant verification system.
It does not necessarily establish that the physical item presented to the user is genuine, unaltered, safe, legally compliant, or authorized for sale.
A result that is unavailable, incomplete, or unsuccessful does not automatically establish that a product or document is counterfeit.
5.3 Independent Confirmation
Where authenticity has legal, financial, academic, medical, or safety implications, users should seek additional confirmation from the relevant issuer, manufacturer, authority, or qualified professional.
6. Counterfeit Reporting
Veri App may provide functionality for reporting suspected counterfeit products, fraudulent certificates, or questionable documents.
When submitting a report, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You have a reasonable basis for the concerns reported.
- You will not knowingly submit fabricated evidence or misleading allegations.
- You will not use reporting tools to harass individuals or unfairly damage businesses.
- You will not upload material that you are prohibited from sharing.
We may review reports, request further information, or refer appropriate matters to relevant organizations or authorities where permitted by law.
Submission of a report does not guarantee an investigation, enforcement action, removal of a product, or a particular outcome.
7. Partners and Data Providers
Manufacturers, institutions, regulatory bodies, and other authorized organizations may participate in the Veri App verification ecosystem.
Participating organizations are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit is accurate, lawfully obtained, and appropriately authorized for use.
They must not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized verification data.
Partner access may be governed by additional agreements, onboarding requirements, or platform-specific conditions.
Organizations interested in participation may visit the Veri App Partner Portal .

Veri App may contain links to or integrate with third-party platforms, including mobile application stores and partner-operated services.
Such services may have their own terms, policies, and operational requirements.
We are not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law or our own contractual obligations.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
While we strive to maintain accurate and reliable verification systems, we do not guarantee that every product, certificate, or document can be verified.
We do not guarantee that all third-party verification data is complete, current, or free from error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, statutory right, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veri App and its operator will not be liable for losses arising solely from inaccurate third-party information, unauthorized misuse of the Services, or interruptions outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Users should exercise independent judgment when relying on verification information, particularly where significant financial, legal, health, or safety consequences may arise.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

You may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, intentional submission of fraudulent information, or infringement of third-party rights.
Any obligation to compensate Veri App or third parties will be subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the relevant claim.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Veri App at any time.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, suspected fraud, material violations of these Terms, or legal requirements.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to challenge an account restriction.
Termination does not automatically remove information that we are legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted to retain. Personal data rights are addressed in our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations.
When material changes occur, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the revised document.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction applicable to the legal entity operating Veri App, together with any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Before publication, the operator must specify the intended governing law and dispute resolution jurisdiction.
Users are encouraged to contact Veri App support first to seek an informal resolution of service-related concerns.
